Vichra Remote Support

1. Click one of the links below to download:

2. Launch the downloaded program (It may be in your Downloads folder)

3. Give the 9-digit number to your Vichra support technician

 

This will allow a Vichra technician to connect to your computer. A small program will be downloaded. When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the Splashtop app. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you choose to download and run the program again.
